Yoga Nidra is a body-scan meditation designed to increase dopamine, reduce stress and strengthen the connection to the subconscious mind.
By shifting awareness inward, discover what ideas and desires exist within you. When focusing on a screen (phone, computer, TV) we are distracted. Distraction inhibits introspection, creativity and peace of mind.

The practice of Yoga Nidra was first referenced in 6th Century BC, and has been recognized by US Army Surgeon General as a way to alleviate chronic pain and PTSD.
Thirty minutes of Yoga Nidra can feel equivalent to 2-4 hours of quality sleep.
